Eaglebay Estates is covered under the Tarion Home Warranty
Corporation on new homes. When you buy a new home or
condomimum in Ontario it comes with a comprehensive warranty
as required by law. Homeowners of new Eaglebay built homes
benefit from:
One and two year warranty protection against defects in
workmanship and material.Seven year warranty protection against major structural
defects (as defined in the TARION Warranty Plan Act).
Tarion Warranty Corporation administers Ontario's new home
warranty laws. Every builder of a new home build in Ontario for
sale is required to register with Tarion's Warranty Program and
enroll every new home or condominium prior to construction.
According to the law, this warranty takes effect from the date of
possession and remains in effect even if the owner sells the
home or condominium before the end of the warranty period.
